the wrist animals are great and the velcro is big enough that it adjusts with the baby's growth, but the foot socks are not quite what I thought. they do not have any elastic at all and therefore do not adjust to a baby. they merely slip on and off and will only fit if the child is the right size for them. there is no way for them to stretch. might be better to just look at them rather than wear them.

I purchased this product for my two month old son. He isn't interacting with them just yet, but he looks intently at them when they are held up for him. The high-contrast colors are good for young babies as they are easier for them to see. Two of the bugs have crinkly material in the wings, which puzzles Alex. I like that the toys are interactive in several ways. My only complaint is that the rattle is a little softer than I expected. (Not much of a complaint though, I purchased a second set for a friend!)

I purchased this set for my 3 month old son. He absolutely ADORES them. The bee and spider (or they could be a fly and a tick -- I'm not sure) are his favorites. He will stare, touch and babble at them for hours. They are like his friends. My son also likes the foot rattles but I have not used those too much yet because he has not yet become interested in touching his feet and he just ignores them when they are applied as socks although he will hold those pieces in his hands and "talk" to them too. I expect that he will grow interested in his feet soon enough. I like these toys because they are colorful, soft, washable, and tough (well designed). The dog loves them too and has grabbed them when not in use by my son but they have not been damaged despite the mouthings. I have not tried to wash these rattles in the washing machine but I have washed them by hand using hot water plenty of times and they hold up just fine and dry quickly. My only complaint is that I think the wrist bands should be longer (because they are almost too small for my son already) and I believe that the foot rattles should be more like socks. Nevertheless, I am convinced that my son will love these toys and play with them even after he outgrows the bands and the feet covers.

We LOVE these little bugs! My nephew loves them (3months) and my cousin as well (5months). The socks are a little large however and seem to slide off when baby boy kicks his feet. They serve their purpose (foot/hand discovery) when they stay on. We have found that by putting them on over another pair of socks they stay on better and do not get kicked off! Wrist rattles work great and can be attached to car carrier, crib rails, baby's wrist or ankles etc... We all love them!!
